We are aware that cyber criminals are impersonating Verano employees as part of an ongoing employment scam. As part of our hiring practices, all contact from Verano employees will come from an official @Verano.com email address and all active job openings will be posted to Verano’s Careers page.
Verano DOES NOT interview candidates through Facebook, WhatsApp or other online messaging platforms, and will never request fees, payments or gift cards.
Verano will never request personal information over social media, including:
Social Security Number
Bank account information
Forms of identification required by financial institutions
Cyber criminals typically utilize legitimate companies and employees, and conduct their scams on social platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Voice. They may request payment or other personal information that may be used for financial gain.
