Maintain accurate tracking of inventory movements in compliance with Seed-to-Sale procedures. Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) requirements, including monthly compliance counts and reports. Review and manage dispensary menus to ensure accuracy, highlighting aging inventory and working with the AGM to rotate stock appropriately. Attend procurement calls and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

  • State Reporting and Compliance: Submit accurate allotment information to the state PMP and manage any rejected submissions. Ensure full compliance with state record-keeping requirements and assist during scheduled or unscheduled audits.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Maintain control of medical cannabis product safety and compliance, including labeling, packaging, and storage according to state guidelines. Ensure all products meet state safety and quality standards before dispensing.
