Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing and managing multi-site, domestic and globally for over 150+ Retail sites. Replenishment plans must balance operational costs, production constraints and order lead time to produce optimal solutions. Position is required to maintain system data elements, maintain inventory targets, and share responsibility to ensure key company objectives of customer service and on-time delivery are met. Position is responsible for supporting retail objectives by ensuring the right material, in the right place and in the right amount to sales initiatives. Requires the ability to influence, negotiate and otherwise manage the network of interconnected functions, resources and teams who procure, transport, store and sale retail products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively utilize MRP Planning tool to generate timely arrivals of inventory.
- Effectively utilize SAP to generate outbounds STOs and monitor deployment to ensure appropriate inventory levels at the warehouses.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal resources to ensure minimum quantities including lead time for all raw materials are forecasted and achieved
- Work with cross functional teams for innovation and new product launches.
- Work with Finance and sales to understand shrink, ACV, and merchandising effects in retail spaces.
- Identify service risk and collaborate with cross functional teams to minimize risk and maximize service levels
- Partners cross functionally to identify process improvements and minimize waste.
- Maintain product catalog and hold bi-annual sku rationalization
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or similar field
- 1 year manager experience
- MP, MRP, DRP, Customer Logistics or 3PL Supply Chain experience preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Previous planning experience a plus
- Strong strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
