Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering departmental level projects on time and within budget. This position manages all aspects of project execution from project approval to successful implementation, creates and executes project work plans, and revises as is appropriate to meeting challenging needs and requirements to deliver business value by balancing resources, scope, and time. They will also assist in the development of project management methodologies.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement project plans in accordance with business requirements and with the help of domain experts.
  • Manage M&A integrations and multiple departmental level projects by utilizing sound project management methodology that includes identifying and managing overall project dependencies; identifying project risks and critical paths; developing mitigation plan with project team and key stakeholders; and identifying and escalating issues to ensure resolution and to ensure project deliverables stay on time and on target.
  • Be committed to successfully achieving milestones and critical due dates.
  • Continuously keep the project sponsors, key stakeholders, and project team informed as to project’s purpose, background, scope, requirements, and critical issues.
  • Participate in solution design, testing, training, and/or documentation to ensure project success.
  • Assist in developing project management standards and tools, which include procedures, templates, tools, sharing best practices, etc.
  • Coach, mentor, and train staff on business analysis and project management methodology.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field required.
  • 3-5 year(s) of project management experience.
  • Extremely perceptive and capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
  • Present themselves professionally and ethically.
  • Sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and public image.
  • Polished presentation and a solid skillset in verbal and written communication.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

 

What We Offer: 

Verano Base Pay Range 

$95,000 - $115,000

 Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Roles may be eligible for annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
