Job Summary

The Senior HRIS Analyst position is a key player in Verano’s SuccessFactors HCM (Employee Central, Recruitment Management/Marketing, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Learning Management, Time Management, Employee Central Payroll, and other HR technologies) implementation. The Senior HRIS Analyst is a functional role within the People Technology organization and will partner with the People capability Owners, People Business Partners, and IT team to evaluate, design, and implement SuccessFactors. This role will have a visible and vocal role to understand the end-to-end processes, the requirements and represent as the SME and Super User for the HCM implementation and on-gong support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads projects to implement new SuccessFactors modules or functionality.
  • Accountable for functional development, design, and configuration across the People Technology Landscape, providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership related to new and existing technologies, impact assessment, integrations, or business process changes.
  • Responsible for gathering and understanding the requirements/processes/systems impacted (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and/or technology that utilizes HR data)
  • Serve as the SuccessFactors HCM system expert and data subject matter expert
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Manage and monitors people system permissions and system security
  • Partners with IT (Technical team) to develop solutions
  • Responsible for defining overall strategy for testing, this includes defining testing scripts, execution of testing, and sign-off to release to production
  • Maintain a deep system knowledge to make process and system changes, including configuration and roles/permissions
  • Manage system upgrades and coordinates with IT and other stakeholders to minimize disruption

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of HRIS experience required
  • Deep knowledge of implementation and support SuccessFactors HCM
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
  • Experience working within HCM System
  • Experience with leading HR system implementations.
  • Experience leading initiatives from inception to post go live and providing updates to necessary parties
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Strong process and continuous improvement mindset
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field preferred.
  • 10 year(s) of human resources experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing industry preferred

What We Offer

Verano Base Pay Range 

$120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus

Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Roles may be eligible for annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
